Pass the Veggies, please.

Carrots, cucumbers and peppers in yellow, purple and green! The best way to eat them is RAW! Cut them in all different shapes and sizes. Experiment with dips: red pepper hummus, peppercorn parmesan dressing, or, spinach dip using fresh spinach and scallions from the farm.

Spinach Dip
10oz cooked chopped spinach, squeezed dry
1 package Knorr's vegetable soup mix
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonaise
1 8oz can water chestnuts, chopped
3 scallions, chopped

Combine all, cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.

Throw a platter on the wheel with room for a dish for dip and a variety of raw veggies.
