There is nothing fishy about it.

Here is a favorite recipe to make for someone who does something nice for you. (Thanks Mom!)

Scallops with Honey and Soy Sauce
Wash and pat dry scallops. Use enough oil spray to coat a skillet and then add a pad of butter (Keller's or Kate's is lovely). On medium to low heat, cook scallops until they look almost cooked through, then flip, add some honey and some soy sauce. Turn the heat up and cook until liquid starts to reduce. Flip scallops once more to brown other side. Serve with fresh pasta and a green salad.
