Distribution Begins Today
The first pick up for fresh veggies is this afternoon at Powisset Farm in Dover, MA. Arugula, spring turnips, lettuce, broccoli and other wonderful surprises await members on this first day in June.
Arugula Salad - allow 1 1/2 - 2 cups per person. Wash and dry leaves. In a spacious bowl, add a sprinkling of salt, feta or goat cheese, pistachios or toasted walnuts and a nice balsamic vinagrette. Enjoy!
